Born in Casablanca Morocco, now based in North Hertfordshire, Mohammed has a lifetime love of Moroccan cuisine and thirty years experience in professional catering.

Mohammed first worked in hotels and restaurants in Nice in the South of France. On moving to London he worked in Le Palais du Jardin in Covent Garden and subsequently catered at The Houses of Parliament, The Treasury and British Petroleum Corporate hospitality.

We created the Moroccan Vegan concept to allow party hosts to enjoy the very best of Moroccan cuisine at great VALUE prices.
